CAPUP aids low-income clients with emergency rent, mortgage, utility and medical funding assistance to help prevent homelessness, hunger or suffering. Emergency Services are provided by appointment only. Please be sure to bring any relevant documentation pertaining to your application for assistance and Emergency Services, such as, but not limited to: mortgage or lease agreements and payment documentation, utility bills, past due notices, medical bills, personal ID, or any other related documents to your request for assistance.
CAPUP's Emergency Services are offered to clients on a limited basis contingent upon emergency circumstances, proper documentation, and other extenuating factors such as frequency of use and abuse of services.
