Have you ever felt like your voice wasn’t being heard when it comes to the needs of your community? At CAPUP, we believe your insights and experiences are essential—and now is the perfect time to share them.
We’re launching our Community Needs Assessment (CNA), and we want you to be part of it!
Every three years, CAPUP conducts a comprehensive, asset-based Community Needs Assessment to better understand the strengths, challenges, and opportunities across our region. This process helps us evaluate how well our local service ecosystem is supporting individuals and families across six key pillars of economic mobility:
- Healthy Child Development
- Health and Well-Being
- Income and Assets
- Education and Credentials
- Career Advancement
- Social Capital
We’ll be gathering insights through public data, community surveys, and local listening sessions. These conversations will add depth to the numbers, grounding our understanding in real stories and lived experiences—your experiences.
Following the listening sessions, a service provider workshop will help us map local agencies, identify service gaps, and strengthen referral pathways, ensuring we’re all working together more effectively.
Our ultimate goal? To ensure our programs and partnerships truly reflect the needs of the people we serve—you, your family, and your neighbors—and to create pathways that support lasting economic mobility.
