By combining hands-on workshops with one-on-one support, the program equips students with the skills, confidence, and guidance they need to pursue their post-graduation goals.

WHO'S ELIGIBILE

Middle and High School students (grades 6-12) attending partner schools in Richmond City, Chesterfield County, Goochland County, Powhatan County, Buckingham County, and Farmville

Project Discovery helps students build leadership skills, plan for the future, and explore what’s possible after high school.

Through workshops, college and career prep, campus tours, academic support, and life coaching, students gain the tools and confidence they need to succeed, whether that means college, a trade, or a job after graduation.
