Food Pantry Volunteers

CRISIS SUPPORT

We provide short-term support to help individuals and families stay housed, fed, and connected to essential services.

We offer access to groceries, emergency rent and utility assistance, and referrals to local resources.

Whether you're facing a short-term crisis or need help getting back on your feet, we’re here to help.

SENIOR PROGRAMS

CAPUP’s Senior Services program helps older adults remain independent, connected, and supported in their daily lives.

We provide transportation, on-site programming, referrals, and other essential resources to promote health and stability.

Our goal is to reduce isolation and help older adults stay engaged in the communities they know and trust.

Project Discovery

PROJECT DISCOVERY

Project Discovery empowers high school students to pursue higher education and career opportunities.

Through mentoring, college prep, and leadership development, we help students navigate the path from high school to what’s next.

Support is personalized, practical, and built to remove barriers to success.

FAMILY SUPPORT SERVICES

CAPUP’s Family Support Services program partners with low-income working families to strengthen stability and build long-term resilience.

Through personalized case management, we provide crisis intervention, goal-setting, and expert support navigating public and private resources.

A new Whole Family Approach pilot is launching soon in partnership with People’s Advantage Credit Union.

VITA

INCOME TAX ASSISTANCE

CAPUP’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program offers free tax preparation for qualifying individuals and families.

In partnership with the United Way and the IRS, trained volunteers help ensure every eligible credit is claimed.

This service is available to low-income residents, older adults, and people with disabilities.

Services available in late January through April 15.
