SENIOR PROGRAMS
CAPUP’s Senior Services program helps older adults remain independent, connected, and supported in their daily lives.
We provide transportation, on-site programming, referrals, and other essential resources to promote health and stability.
Our goal is to reduce isolation and help older adults stay engaged in the communities they know and trust.
