Bio
I am Hester Brown, President/CEO of CAPUP. As a nationally certified ROMA (Results Oriented Management and Accountability) I implement and administer. I also provide governance and oversight in the outreach of agency programs and productivity. In addressing the identified needs in the communities of the cities of Richmond, Hopewell, Petersburg, and the counties of Dinwiddie and Prince George.
Developing resources to ensure the organization's financial health and stability as programs work to move individuals to a more stable future.
My passion is one of a servant leaders. To assist individuals in enhancing their personal growth to sustainability with integrity, transparency, trustworthiness, and authenticity.
My belief is that anything is possible, and daily experiences are teachable lessons with an open mind.
I enjoy exploring nature outside, such as tending to my flowers, fishing, long walks, visiting zoos, beaches, mountains, and aquariums. I enjoy listening to a variation of music and dancing and attending theatre productions. My new found hobby is bicycling. I cycled 14 miles one afternoon.
