I am Melonie Carter-Salisbury, Executive Administrative Assistant. My time at CAPUP has been short, but I have been truly blessed to work for a Community Action Agency. I love to travel, read a good book paired with a glass of excellent red wine, and, most importantly, spend time with my daughter.
